Redemption House Ministries | Hope Begins Here

Providing Shelter, Compassion & New Beginnings Throughout Crook County

High Points

Every community is measured not only by how it celebrates success, but by how it cares for neighbors facing difficult seasons of life.

Since 2013, Redemption House Ministries has provided shelter, meals, outreach, encouragement, and practical resources that help individuals and families take meaningful steps toward hope, healing, and renewed independence. Through separate men’s and women’s shelters, Craig’s Compassionate Café, and outreach efforts across Crook County, their volunteers and staff quietly serve some of our community’s greatest needs every day.

About Redemption House Ministries

Sometimes the greatest impact isn’t measured by the number of people walking through your front door.

It’s measured by the number of lives that leave with renewed hope.

Redemption House Ministries has faithfully served Crook County since 2013 by providing transitional shelter, nutritious meals, community outreach, and compassionate support for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or financial hardship. Their mission reaches far beyond providing temporary shelter—it focuses on helping people regain dignity, stability, and independence while surrounding them with encouragement and practical resources.

The ministry operates separate shelter facilities for men and for women and families, recognizing that every person’s journey is unique. Beyond shelter, Redemption House serves daily lunches through Craig’s Compassionate Café, where volunteers provide not only meals but also conversation, encouragement, and a welcoming place to gather. Community outreach teams regularly travel throughout Crook County delivering food boxes, hygiene supplies, blankets, and other essentials while connecting individuals with additional local resources and partner organizations.

Their work reflects something simple but powerful:
Every person deserves to be seen.
Every person deserves dignity.
Every person deserves hope.
